2. Role Description – Property Consultant (Secondary Market)
You will join one of our dedicated secondary market teams, each led by an experienced Sales Manager, specialized by area, and supported by strong systems.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound leads
- Daily prospecting to secure listings from landlords and investors
- Staying updated with real market trends (Bayut, Property Finder, CBRE, DXBInteract, PM Index)
- Conducting viewings & negotiating deals
- Managing owner relationships with professionalism and strategic advice
- Understanding pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, and rental demand in your area
- Maintaining a consistent performance rhythm (daily KPIs + weekly reporting)
You will learn to speak like a market expert — not a typical agent — through the training, scripts, and playbooks we provide.

The ideal candidate (fresher):
- Has strong communication and confidence
- Is serious about building a long-term Dubai real estate career
- Is willing to work Monday–Saturday full-time
- Can handle pressure, KPI structure, and growth
- Learns fast and applies fast
- Has strong English (Arabic, Russian, French are bonus)
- Is coachable, self-motivated, and respectful
- Has a performance mindset — not a “try and see” attitude
For experienced agents:
- Strong knowledge of secondary sales
- Strong closing skills
- Portfolio of buyers or sellers is a bonus
- Dubai experience is a plus but not mandatory if mindset is strong

6. Commission Structure & Benefits
We keep it simple, transparent, and rewarding:
Commission Structure
- 50% commission on all deals
- Earn cash bonus from the 1st month between 2000 - 5000 AED
- Expected income on hitting target: AED 18,000–20,000+
- Top performers earn AED 35,000–60,000+ monthly, depending on deal flow

Pay: From AED18,750.00 per month
