Job description:
We are looking for a proactive, motivated and client-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and ensuring a smooth transaction from initial consultation to closing. This is a COMMISSION ONLY. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or consultant in Dubai (UAE)
- At least 2 years experienced, Fresher is welcome to apply.
- Preferably native speaker: Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, practices, and financing options.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- UAE Driving License & Own a car preferably but not a must!
- Experience in a specific real estate niche (luxury, commercial, rentals, etc.).
