This role is for professionals who:

Your Role (High Level)
- Act as a Specialist, not a generalist agent
- Conduct structured investor meetings (in-person / virtual)
- Present projects clearly and transparently
- Guide investors toward confident decisions
- Maintain professional follow-ups (no pressure)

What is Required
- Consulting and Real Estate skills
- Sales skills and ability to achieve targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 2 Year Experience in Dubai Real Estate Market
- Arabic, English , Russian, French, Hindi and Urdu Speaker needed
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Consultant
- Proven track record of successful sales record is an advantage
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Presentable, pleasant, and trustworthy
- UAE driving license is advantage
- RERA certified is an advantage
