We are looking for a tech-savvy gamer and IT professional to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible experience by maintaining our high-end gaming rigs and providing top-tier support.
Note: While knowledge of ggLeap and ggRock is a major plus, we will provide full training on our specific gaming systems and management software for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Technical Support: Rapidly troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Fix peripheral problems (mechanical keyboards, high-DPI mice, and headsets) on the spot.
- Daily Updates: Ensure all games (Fortnite, Valorant, Warzone, etc.) and launchers are updated daily so players never have to wait.
- Customer Success: Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, assist with check-ins, and help players resolve any in-game issues.
- System Management: Use ggLeap for billing and ggRock for server management (Training provided).
- Maintenance & Hygiene: Perform daily deep cleaning of PCs, monitors, mice, keyboards, and gaming chairs. Arrange all workstations daily to maintain a "pro-ready" look.
Working Hours & Compensation
- Shift Duration: 9 hours per day.
- Days Off: 1 day off per week.
- Overtime: Fully paid overtime for any hours worked beyond the standard shift.
