As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of Dubai’s real estate scene—connecting clients with exceptional properties, building strong relationships, and closing high-value deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and grow your client portfolio through proactive networking, calls, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell a wide range of off-plan and secondary market properties from top developers across Dubai.
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries—providing expert advice and personalized property recommendations.
- Stay up to date with market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process—from property viewings to deal closure—ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with developers, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Track your performance and continuously optimize your approach to maximize sales success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (real estate experience in Dubai is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, motivated, and results-driven personality.
- Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis with unlimited earning potential.
