Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (sales and/or leasing)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and RERA/DLD processes
- RERA certification/broker card (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- UAE residency visa status or eligibility to obtain one
- Proficiency with basic CRM and productivity tools; professional presentation and ethics
Nice to Have:
- Additional languages (Italian/Arabic/Russian/Hindi/Chinese, etc.)
- Existing client base or active listings
- Off-plan sales experience and developer relationships
Compensation:
Commission-based role with above-market splits and performance incentives.
