About The Role :
As a Real Estate Agent specialized in Off-Plan , you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or investing in properties in Dubai.
Position: Property Consultant
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leads and identify new clients through networking, open house events, roadshows, and social media marketing efforts.
- Conduct property market analysis to assess value and opportunities.
- Offer expert advice and support to clients in property marketing and purchasing.
- Manage property transactions and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and present property listings, agreements, and necessary documents.
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with real estate professionals to deliver the best client experience.
Requirements:
- Min 1 Year of Dubai Real Estate in OFF PLAN. ( MUST )
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Off-Plan sales: 1 year (Required)
- Dubai Real estate: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license and car (Preferred)
