Job Description:
We are looking for a Real Estate Telemarketers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident, motivated, and experienced in cold calling.
What we need (non-negotiable):
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate telecalling / telesales (Dubai market preferred)
- Strong command of English (Arabic / other languages is a plus)
- Proven ability to handle leads, qualify clients, and book meetings
- Comfortable with high call volumes and performance pressure
- Familiar with CRM systems and follow-up discipline
- Can join immediately or within a few days — no long notice period.
What you’ll do:
- Call fresh & existing real estate leads daily
- Qualify buyers/investors and assess genuine intent
- Book meetings for sales consultants
- Maintain clean CRM updates and follow-ups
- Hit targets — consistently
